Individual Membership

Membership to 2BalanceU is by invitation only and free. Invitations are distributed by network members to their members, by our members to their personal and professional networks and by 2BalanceU. Our members are professional (both active and not-active), cosmopolitan, modern savvy women.

Members are entrepreneurs, executives, managers, mothers, managers, retirees, caretakers, and more. Members come from educational, humanitarian, diplomatic, corporate, medical, engineering fields and more. They are single, married, divorced, widowed and partnered. What they all have in common is they are seeking wisdom from like-minded women and they have wisdom to share on issues and places that are important to them. They are members of women's networks, some formal and some informal.

Your PRIVACY is critical to us. Member interactions on the site are not viewable outside 2BalanceU and are moderated for appropriate contact. Your demographic profile and your interactions help us to direct the most relevant content to you. Your name and contact details are used only for 2BalanceU communications to you based on your preferences. Additional privacy filters are available for individual interactions when needed, and default to ”ON” in the Support topics.

Code of Conduct:

MODERATED: All interactions are moderated by 2BalanceU and/or the subsite hosts. Inappropriate content will be removed and repeat offenders will lose their membership privileges.

RESPECT: Constructive Criticism and appreciation of others differences and perspectives is required. We expect our members to maintain a high code of the ethics. Opinions are appreciated, and honest feedback is necessary to grow as businesses and individuals. Treat others with the respect that you would like to receive yourself.

BE OPEN: Share and Learn. Give when you can and take when you need. Pass it forward when the situation allows.

As a member you will be able to direct inquiries to a demographic or location, your interactions will be saved in your history for easy finding, you can save your favorites in your own directory, 2BU4U will provide you with updates relevant to you based on your profile and interactions. You will be able to share 2BalanceU with your friends through quick invites or placing a banner on your own homepage or blog. Many more features to come as we roll out through 2008!
