We know the value of caring for the wellbeing of organizations’ greatest assets, the people.  The focus has been in physical, mental and financial wellbeing.  Although we have a stronger understanding of self and other and how this impacts the relationships in the organization, by neglecting the relationship with technology that mediates the majority of these interactions, we have been missing a critical piece of the puzzle.  This talk will put into perspective how, in the age of rapid digital transformation, understanding digital wellbeing and designing for it can make or break the ability to compete and evolve with technology’s advances.

Having Heidi as a speaker and workshop leader at Innovation in Mind 2012 not only gave interesting insights in the art of visual practitioning, it also helped us in solving the documentation of all the keynotes in a smooth and very appreciated way. Heidi is a great person to work with, and has a background/experience that comes in useful in many different contexts. I can highly recommend working with her!
